At Altitude, we are bringing together an extraordinary panel of women who understand what it really takes to grow, not just on paper, but in practice. Between them, they cover the full spectrum of what it means to step into your next level as a female founder: from the mindset shifts and self-belief required, to how you show up, speak, price, lead and grow without losing yourself in the process.

This is not a surface-level business conversation.

These women have done the deep work. They speak from lived experience as well as expertise. They are here to have the honest conversations that so often get left out of the business room — the ones about worth, visibility, confidence, ambition, identity, sustainability and self-trust.

As your hosts, Sarah and Olivia will not simply be moderating from the sidelines , they will be in the conversation with you. Olivia will be sharing her perspective on how to harness the power of the media to build your reputation and expand your visibility. And Sarah will be bringing her holistic approach to growth, exploring what it truly means to thrive personally and professionally, and how the two are far more connected than most people realise.

ABBEY BOOTH 

Abbey is the founder of Stories With Clothes, an award-winning personal stylist and coach specialising in body shape confidence. With over 15 years’ experience and more than 1,000 women styled, she helps her clients feel more self-confident, elevate their style and show up as the best version of themselves every single day — creating vibrant, life-enhancing styling experiences for courageous midlife women. Abbey is also a speaker and author. Her recent book, Don’t Save It For Best!, is already making waves. 

On our panel, Abbey will be exploring something every ambitious woman needs to hear – that rising to your next level isn’t just about strategy and mindset, it’s about how you show up. How you feel in your body, how you carry yourself, and how you present yourself to the world all play a powerful role in the confidence it takes to grow. 

SAMANTHA J GODDARD 

Samantha is a Self-Mastery & Leadership Mentor, Reiki Master Teacher and Author with over 25 years’ experience guiding people through transformation, nervous system regulation and embodied leadership. Her work explores the importance of simplicity within an increasingly complicated world, and the sacred relationship between awareness, energetic alignment, self-mastery and sustainable leadership.

Samantha will be speaking about the hidden cost of constant pressure and performance within leadership, and why so many high-functioning women quietly lose connection with themselves as they grow. She will explore the importance of mindful embodied awareness, sustainable expansion and leadership without self-loss. Her work invites a deeper conversation around success, self-mastery and what it truly means to reach your next level without abandoning yourself in the process.

DAWN OWEN 

Dawn is the founder of Dawn Owen Coaching and her title says everything you need to know: Your Zero BS, Results-Focused, High Vibe Coach. She works with women who are brilliant at what they do but baffled by why their bank balance doesn’t quite match. That’s exactly why she created Becoming a Business BadAss, because the women who are ready to stop playing small and start seeing real results deserve more than another strategy. They deserve a complete rewire.

During our panel, Dawn will be speaking about something every woman in that room needs to hear: the non-negotiable importance of owning your pricing. Not apologising for it. Not discounting it to make others comfortable. Not shrinking the price tag to avoid the awkward pause.  Because here’s the truth – if you don’t believe in the value of what you bring, nobody else will either.

EMMA GASKIN

Emma is the founder of The Speaking Hub, an award-winning speaking coach. With a background in Speech and Language Therapy and over 11 years of experience working with more than 1,000 individuals, Emma brings something rare to the world of speaking coaching: the science to back it up. Drawing on the psychology and physiology of voice and communication she studied throughout her degree and career, she doesn’t just teach people how to speak — she helps them understand why their voice works the way it does, and how to use that knowledge to their advantage.

On the Altitude panel, Emma will be bringing her expertise to one of the most important conversations a female founder can have: how to use your voice to build your brand, communicate with power, own every room you walk into,  and get paid for it.
